How You Earn

Commission on each booking your introduced clients make, not only the first.

For as long as each client stays linked to you under the partner terms.
Lead protection
Once Ndaya accepts your lead, no other partner can claim it.
Tax handled
Withholding tax is deducted on each invoice and paid to KRA for you, with a certificate.

The Process
How it works
Apply
Create an account, apply as a business development partner and accept the partner terms.
Get approved
Upload your ID and KRA PIN certificate. Ndaya verifies and approves you.
Register leads
Enter each company or person you introduce, or share your personal referral link.
Client won
When the client books, Ndaya links them to you.
Commission builds
Booked trips show as pending; completed trips are ready to invoice.
Invoice Ndaya
The portal prepares your invoice, with the withholding tax worked out.
Get paid
Ndaya approves the invoice and pays it; the payment shows in the portal.
Keep growing
Every new client you introduce adds to your commission.
Good to Know
Fair and transparent
The portal shows each of your clients, their bookings, your commission on each one, your invoices and Ndaya's payments.
- One partner per client: a client is linked to the partner who introduced it
- Existing Ndaya clients cannot be registered as new leads
- Cancelled trips earn no commission; corrections show on your next invoice
- You see your clients' booking prices, never their passenger or trip details
- You work as an independent contractor: Ndaya quotes, books and bills the client
Before You Apply
What to have ready
PDF, JPEG or PNG files, up to 5 MB each. You also need an email address you check and a phone number.
Applying as a company? Upload the company's registration instead of an ID. All partner applications are subject to Ndaya's review and approval, and commission is paid under the partner terms you accept in the portal.
