If you own a suitable vehicle and would like to generate additional income from it, you can partner with Ndaya on an assignment basis. Your vehicle remains yours — Ndaya matches it to suitable client requirements when it meets our service, presentation and operational standards.

Give Ndaya dedicated use of your vehicle for an agreed period.
Vehicle owners who prefer a more structured arrangement may offer their vehicle to Ndaya under a lease agreement. Ndaya and the vehicle owner agree on the lease period, vehicle use, commercial terms and responsibilities before the vehicle enters service.

The Process
How it works
You apply online in the Ndaya partner portal, and you can save and come back at any time.
Create an account
Your name, email and a password. Then confirm your email.
Apply as a vehicle partner
Your name or company, email and phone number.
Register your vehicle
Registration, make, model, year, category and seats.
Upload your documents
Your ID, the vehicle logbook and its insurance. A clear phone photo is fine.
Submit
Send the application. You get an email confirming that we received it.
Review and approval
We check the documents and the vehicle, and tell you about every decision.
Fleet agreement
We issue your agreement in the portal. You read it, download it and sign.
Your vehicle goes to work
Follow its trips, earnings and payments in the portal.
Earnings and Payments
Clear figures, trip by trip
Every amount in the portal says what it is and where it comes from. Nothing is estimated.
- The amount for each trip your vehicle does is shown in the portal, trip by trip
- Your fleet agreement shows the rates agreed for your vehicle
- Trips ahead show as expected, completed trips as earned
- Bills and payments come straight from Ndaya Finance, by M-Pesa or bank transfer
- Ndaya supplies the chauffeur and runs every trip; our clients' details stay private
